(1) An interview committee consisting of at most five members will be formed under the chairmanship of the chairman of the commission or a member appointed by him.
(2) The chairman of the commission will normally constitute the interview committee one day before the interview date.
(3) The chairman and members of the interview committee constituted as per sub-rule (1) shall be notified in a confidential manner.
(4) Other arrangements regarding the formation of the interview committee shall be as determined by the Commission.
